There are wealth of locally grown mountain plants, such as Fukinoto (butterbur sprout), Shude, Taranome, Seri (Japanese parsley), Wasabi (Japanese horseradish).Also, we enjoy the blessings of the nature, such as pretty flower of wild grasses, sound of Shozawa-river, birdsongs of wild bird.
